Pizza Dough Press

Does anyone use a pizza press for opening their pizza dough? It’s getting more and more difficult to find qualified people to do it properly so we are thinking of going this route. Just wondering if people have recommendations for brands or any other real world suggestions for using them. If anyone could post pictures of their pizzas after using a press that would be great too.

I recently bought a Somerset model CDR-2000, 2-pass dough sheeter with synthetic rollers and am completely in love with it. Makes life so much easier. We had to adjust our dough weight cause it was no longer thinner in the middle but other than that it’s been great.
