Someone I know tried to order delivery from PH last night. She was told, for insurance purposes, that they don’t deliver to her house, yet they deliver to the house next door to her. Any idea what this is about?
This lady has bigger problems right in front of her: SHE’S ORDERING FROM PIZZA HUT! Friends don’t let friends order from Pizza Hut 
Maybe there is a history with that house and they needed an excuse that was politically correct.
I have heard of Pizza Hut not taking orders for cash at night from unknown customers (C/C only). Maybe this was the situation?
My guess is that there cutoff area was exceeded, and to avoid an argument with the caller, they used insurance as an excuse to not here “Dude, it’s right there, do me a solid”
