Pizza In East vs West

Hi everyone,
I am new to this site and forum, i am the owner of Pizzeria in India and Singapore, we face many problems while making a stone baked pizza as our local market has limited stuff to begin, but still i make my pizza almoast similar to stone baked pizza in west, sorry i never been to west but as seen and read many threads feels like my pizza is similar, we use our local ingredients to make Italian pizza.
Our climate is hot so i have to tune a bit my pizza dough recepe still not know whether i am perfect or not, need feedback how to make stone baked pizza lighter, crispier and tasty.
