Does anyone know if your pizza oven can stick out beyond your hood? The hood only comes out 3 ft from the wall, however the oven comes out farther. Does the whole oven need to be covered?
I know in our city, the hood has to have a 6 inch over hang all the way around, check with the over manufacturer and your city codes department.
Buy us it does. Check with your local “codes” people. They are the ones who will ultimately need to approve it, so find out what they want first.
