Pizza Sauce

Anyone adding olive oil to their sauce? Currently just add water to Full Red Prepared Pizza Sauce along with a few spices. Just curious, what others are doing.

We use Full Red puree and add seasonings to it only, no oils.
We have enough lipid content already with using whole-milk cheese

I add a cup of EVOO to 6 cans of tomato sauce.

We add olive oil not much about a cup and half it adds some nice flavor to the sauce and we keep it simple on the seasonings
