Pizza Shop Systems and Checklists- New Shop

I’m working on opening my first pizza shop (NE Ohio). One big item on my action list is writing opening & closing procedures and checklists.

What are your thoughts on systems and checklists?

Is anyone willing to sell source documents so I’m not wasting time recreating the wheel?
