Pizza VS other items... percentage of sales?

For those of you that sell items other than pizza…salads, wings, subs, etc… what percentage of revenue is pizza VS percentage of revenue from the other offerings?

Pizza accounts for 68.4% of my salesn.
Salads are my next highest at 5.35%
My 2 lowest are.
Sandwiches at 1.1%
Alcohol at 1.2%

FRYER-28%

SUBS-16%

SALADS-10%

BURGERS-9%

DESSERTS-1%

COCA-COLA-1%

That’s a pretty good split. Dont know if that’s a good or bad thing?

I really love the numbers here. Really says pizza drives them in the doors. I would have thought drink would have been higher?
