It has been a while and I hope that it is ok to post this. I have an eight month old little girl and another business to run so I need to sell my Pizzeria. It is profitable and the 2007 business of the year in my area. It is turnkey and to be honest priced very low.
It includes a building that seats 30 and has 1200sqft business floor, and a totally redone 2nd floor 2 bedroom 1000sqft apt. The value of the building is 325k.
I am including everything and willing to stay on and work for a while. My asking price is 299k for biz and building. The price is low because I am overloaded. I need more time for my family and other business.
