Hi Dino,

I have been in the restaurant business for 15+ years now and I am considering buying a pizzeria. I was wondering in this econmy in michigan would it be a struggle to survive with the big chains? It’s not a big place it only holds 40-50 people with the ability to have carry-out/ dine-in or delivery. I am well aware of keeping you nut payment down and labor I would be a working owner. so could you please tell me what good advertising scheme’s to use and target gross sales for your average pizzeria should have?
