Point Of Success Custom Reports

Anyone have some useful custom reports they would be interested in sharing? The canned reports seem a bit plain and creating my own is a little daunting right now. I’m especially interested in individual item sales by day of the week and hourly so I can do better at forecasting usage of prep time and comparing inventory usage to sales.
