PPI (Payment Processing Inc) has charged me $345 because I switched my POS software to Arrow POS with Mercury Payment integrated and stopped using PPI. I think that is a little ridiculous to charge me that much after I had been a customer of theirs for a year and half and only left because my POS system had a different processor integrated. I also forgot to fax the cancellation form for 3 months and was paying $30 a month for the service I wasn’t using, this I agree with because I am the one that didn’t send the fax. But $345 cancellation fee! So, all of you who already know the DT is a piece of crap now have another reason to avoid them and PPI.
