I want to install a full hood system, gas for fryers and burners, electrical, walk-in freezer/cooler combo and light cosmetic work (tile, new countertops & paint).
People seem to be busy as the two guys I’ve called so far never showed up.

I called them, Lalo is out for two weeks. His partner says they just service equipment and do not get into TI’s and big equipment installations . . .
that’s wierd. lalo told me they do all that. He has a general contractor license as well as electrical and refrigeration. They just installed a middleby oven for me a couple weeks ago, and did a bunch of electrical upgrades for my POS etc.
I know another good refrigeration guy, G & R Refrigeration in Rancho Cucamonga, but I am not sure if they get to OC, or if they stay in the IE. But if they don’t they probably know people in your area. The guy is Gary and he’s been around forever! As for the hood/fire suppression etc, I would call Cal Counties Fire in Upland
