I am sure that some of you out there use a refferal program. I would like to start one but have no idea where to start or how to keep track of the people who have reffered new customers to us. Any help would be great

We are doing several. The most successful are free marketing exchanges with other small businesses. They include car repair, movie rental, retail clothing store and an insurance agent. In exchange for having their cards & information in our store or providing a box topper they pass out our menus. The retail store puts them in every shopping bag and the insurance agent puts them in every new policy folder. The car repair puts a door hanger on the review mirror. We have a new one with a local gym and they offer an order call-in service to members while they shower & change so their order is there when they’re ready to go home. Small locally-owned businesses with small marketing budgets are the best !
