Restaraunt manuals

Hi there! My name is Timur I am from Russia. Me and my wife are about to open our pizza place. It’s called Tim’s Pizza. I have been working for almost ten years in the restaraunt field. But this time it’s something new for us. We are delivery shop with take out and dine in for 20 guests.

Right now I am working on basic manuals that will help us and our employees to complete everyday tasks. I have completed driver manual. Seemed pretty easy. But befor I go on with pizza maker instructions I wanted to ask experienced pizza operators to share their view on this subject.

How should be designed? What topic should be included and what info?
