I use a Lincoln 1301 oven that wasn’t keeping up with our lunch rush, so we needed to add one. I picked up a used 1302 which stacks nicely on the 1301. The only problem I have is the conveyor goes the wrong way. Imagine my surprise! Does anyone know how to reverse the conveyor direction?
The motor that moves the conveyor belt is D/C switch the position of the two electrical wires going to that unit and it will run in the opposite direction.
I am not very familiar with that model but there may be a switch to do that.
You should also reverse the belt itself so the links at the ends are traveling in the proper direction and cant snag.
