I love rolling dough, its relaxing and almost theraputic, but I am starting to get busier to the point where hand rolling wont keep up, does anyone know of a machine that can roll the dough balls for me

I second the A and M MFG sentiment. Their machines are awesome and save SO MUCH time. They spit out tightly rolled dough balls as fast as you can cut and weigh them.
