Soggy and leaky

I am getting a lot of complaints that pizza is soggy and leaky.

Any suggestions

Cook longer at a lower temp

If you are adding water to your pizza sauce reduce the amount.

using “perfect Crust” box liners can help

The more veggies you use, the wetter your pizza will be. I have two pizzas with a lot of veggies and the team knows to bake them as “well done” whether the guest requests it or not.

I’m with everyone else. Sauce, wet vegs, cooking to fast. I also parbake my heavy pies.
