Speedline chargebacks?

Hi, using Speedline/worldpay for processing. When a ticket is deferred the credit card is hit for the amount of the transaction and then voided out until the time the ticket is activated again. Problem is the consumer sees a duplicate transaction and immediately disputes one of the transactions as a double charge. just seems like a bad way to handle it.

Any Speedline users have any suggestions for that? Speedline says its out of their control basically

Have you tried Tokenizing your deferred orders via Store Manager? Tokenizing does not hold a payment amount, so there is a possibility the payment will become declined upon ticket activation.
