Our building is three phase, so the electrician just needs to switch the breaker over and not hold back any wires. Thanks for the response!

We just installed ours and the bowl is going the wrong way. Dough is jumping out and climbing the hook

Your hot leads are reversed. Take your red and black wires and reverse them at the plug. Leave the white ( sometimes blue ) and green ground wire alone. Should do the trick
