St. Patrick's day

Anyone doing anything special? I’ve had beef brisket curing for 10 days. Going to cook tonight and make Reubens tomorrow with great seeded rye. Anyone make a corned beef pizza?

We do a reuben pizza every March and my customers absolutely love it!

Nice! I cured a whole packer brisket and we sold out by 7. Overall a very good day, we had a fiddle player going too.
