starting point for a ps 360

I need to know approx. finger setup for this oven with my dough formula from current store. I use a bakers pride 602 now this will be a second location hopefully will be able to use same formula for new store maybe different bake times different finger setups. Thanks

I run one lightning finger @ the opening & one lightning@ the end, with zero inbetween & full fingers across the bottom…I use dark anodized disks, 460 temp/6:40 time, proofed All Trumps flour
