Summer slowdown

It’s my first year in the pizza business and I’m wondering about the seasonality of it.For those of you who have their operations in the northern section of the U.S. or Canada would you break down sales relative to the 4 seasons

In my 9 years it seems sales are tied more to marketing efforts than to seasonality. However, we’re about a 75 minute drive from the jersey shore so during summer mon-thurs are a little busier, fri-sun are a little slower(day trippers). For us Lent is a great month(especially fridays) but numbers are pretty steady month to month with possibly 10% fluctuations…hope that helps

July is my slowest month of the year.
