Hi,
Just about any window covering business would be able to source or recommend one for you. 90% blockage will still allow you to see out and let light in. My advice is to install exterior sunscreens. This reduces the heat entering the building. (NASA engineers place their windshield sunshades on the outside of their cars held down by the wipers. They understand heat shields.)
