I have found that Pactiv trays hold up better to the heat than the Menasha trays.
I tryed the disposable aluminum trays for take n bake, I found them flimsy to hold, not stiff enough, and surprisingly, the bottum of the crust did not brown up nearly as well as the parchment paper trays.
Actually, just parchment paper browned the crust a little better than the Pactiv or Menasha trays, I feel it is not user friendly enough for customers.
would appreciate feedback on whatever you have found in take n bake trays,
