any of you guys doing this what are using the pactiv trays or the papers how is it going for you

I have done it in the past, with Pactiv trays, and plan to offer it from my upcoming mobile pizzeria.
Great concept, good benefits for the customer and operator.
I do not have a lot of experience with it, would like to hear more from operators who have incorporated into thier existing operation also,
