Back in early 2010 my son posted several question on the TT, asking for advice and opinions for his new pizza restaurant venture in Baltimore. Many of you responded with valuable advice about oven types, dough recipes, etc and he has always appreciated that help and feedback. He’s asked that I let you know that everything has gone even better than he had hoped, and this Friday, the 21st, at 10:00 PM he will be one of the featured places aired on TV’s Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, with Guy Fierri, on the Food Network. His place is Johnny Rad’s Pizzeria Tavern. I don’t need to tell any of you how hard he has worked to build a thriving business, and many of you made that effort just a little easier. Thanks!
