Well earned Steve. I am the guy that bought Steve’s place. Steve and I have been working on this since February. It’s exciting and a little scary to finally be in the drivers seat. Thanks to all the other contributing members of this forum as well. I’ve been reading and re-reading a lot of useful and some very entertaining posts as well. I’m sure I will post more if and when I get more time. During the buying process I found most of my questions had been asked several times already so didn’t bother to take up space with the same questions that get asked every two months. Take Steve up on calling him if in Steamboat. It is a great place to visit and even better with a local to tell you all the good spots to go.
Another kid in the kitchen sandals last night. He went home to change as I came in.
I’ll figure out the signature line at some point in the future.
