The receipt printer's que is full on a Diamond Touch POS...

How do you empty it? We cannot print tickets anymore!

Any help here?

Try going to Diamond Spool, click “shutdown”, and then click the icon for diamond spool and that should start it back up.

Thanks, but we have tried that hundreds of times… the print que is FULL! It does not empty out like a windows based que each time you print an item.
