here’s a pizza that was so good I couldn’t take it off the menu even though it doesn’t sell. we make the sauce in house. deep dish tika masala with tika masala sauce, chicken, cheese, and when it comes out of the oven we top it with a tomato mint salad. the deep dish acting like the naan bread. now we are adding some cayenne to the sauce and selling vindaloo wings!
We have been doing a Tikka Chicken pizza for about 8 years now and it is a great seller and profit maker.
We spread a Tikka Marsala simmer sauce (watered down form the jar full strength by about 20%), then a sprinkle of mozz. Ad diced chicken and quarters of feta filled mini piquant peppers and thinly sliced red onion (Spanish onion). When cooked drizzle Greek Natural yoghurt and finish with rocket. The aroma is mouth watering and it looks a treat
I would encourage everyone to try something like this. It gives and edge over your competitors by having gourmet pizzas such as these on your menus
