i’m installing toast next week and worried about grease on the kitchen screens. has anyone found a good solution for protecting the backs of the screens from grease?
Ive had screens for a few years, next to the fryers, just a damp cloth once a week or once a day will be fine. Its almost a non issue for us.
Are you coming from paper tickets to kitchen moniters?
