I want to thank you for all your advise. I have just started a pizza stand at our local farmer’s market. Peter, on has referred me to your posts and has been helping me with making your Lehmann NY style pizza. :smiley: I still have a lot to learn, but with your posts and Peter helping me, I think I will eventually make a great pizza. There is so much to learn.
