If so was it complicated and expensive?

I checked it out, it was pretty painless to apply.

The bigger cost is defending your mark…You may get a Trademark and think you are home free…But if it is challenged it can cost a considerable amount of money to keep it yours…Also, it costs money to track down and stop others from violating your marks…
