Use of Grape tomatoes

Thinking of switching from sliced Roma tomatoes to cutting grape or cherry tomatoes in half and using those as toppings instead on my pizzas. Any thoughts would be helpful. I think that you would use less and that it would look nicer on the pie.

i love grape and cherry tomatoes! they are so sweet and delicious. but the first thing that comes to mind is that the tomato skins will loosen and come off while the customer is eating it and thatโ€™s not very appetizing. also, the labor of slicing each tomato in half may get out of hand.
