$132,000? I would buy that property in a heartbeat for my location.
In New york, that would go for over $500,000.

Why not buy a business mailing list, and mail a postcard to every business in that area with the specs & photos?
Our realtor is doing the post cards and such. Just thought it would be an interesting way to get the word out.
I wish 500,000. LOL We did lower the price substantially, just ready to move on with other things including our original location. It will be a great opportunity for someone…just gotta find them. :lol:
