Ventless Fryer

We are currently looking to add a fryer. We have a hood, but it is not insulated nor does it have the grease fans. I am looking into ventless fryers. I would like two, one for wings and the other for mozz sticks, etc. Has anyone had experience with a ventless fryer. Should I go with the self contained enclosed models, or the ones that look like regular friers with hood system etc.

I have a very nice ventless fryer called Crispy Lite - they are no longer mfg, but were purchased by another co. - mine is a pressure fryer, but I rarely use it in that manner…it is electric and has had minimal repairs thru the years…got min off ebay…very expensive if purchased new, but you can find one for a few K or so…you will need 208 V & 50 amp svc…mine cooks 10# of wings @ once…
