Ventless/ Hoodless Fryers....Anyone using them or have info?

Ive been looking into purchasing a hoodless/ ventless fryer for my pizzeria so I can have fryed goodies without the huge investment of a hood. Just wondering if anyone out there is using one (such as Perfect Fry) and how well they work. Thanks

I have/use a hoodless fryer for years, but it is a much bigger than the style your looking at…

I now also have a hood system & an open basket fryer, but I use the ventless one more…

Mine is/was called a Crispy Lite & is a bit dated…actually it is a pressure fryer as well…

Look for a full-size floor model ventless fryer on ebay - look to spend 2-3K for a Giles or Chesterfried (for example)
