Ventless Hoods

Do any of you use a ventless recirculating hood system in your places?

My only option for my restaurant is to use a ventless hood system for my oven, but I am having a hard time finding a supplier.

Please let me know if you have a place you can refer me too!

Giles is the only mfg I’ve seen/used…

Pleas describe your situation there may be another solution.

If you use a vent less hood you will need 5 ton or better additional A/C to compensate for the heat that will not be extracted by a regular hood
