I’m looking for a dough recipe thats like Victory Pig Pizza. They are located in Pizza and It’s a Valley Forge Style Pizza. I know they use blue steele pans that I can’t find anywhere. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
There is a company making the blued steel pans once again. Maybe Peter will remember the company name, it escapes me right now. There is also Lloyd Pans <www.lloydpans.com>, they make a lot of the Detroit style pans now.
