I need some help here. I have never had these problems before.
I have a Vulcan Hustler pizza oven. The pilot goes out for no apparent reason after it has been on for hours. Sometimes, it goes out every minute, others, every hour or two.
I took the bottom shield off and the pilot stays on- no problems. It’s when I place the shield back on that it starts up again.
I’m thinking it’s some sort of oxygen mix problem. Does anyone have any advice for me.
I have had these ovens in other shops but never had this problem. I have new stones, heat shields and burners in these ovens.
Any help would be appreciated.
