So whats the reason for being closed on Sundays? Id imagine you could do more sales on Sundays than Monday and Tuesday combined
My brother is actually thinking on opening on sundays… the reason we closed now is because all of us there are related and thats the one day everyone gets to see eachother outside work, or if theres a family gathering or kids birthday parties etc we are all there…

Update:
We are still very busy, sales are up 45-50% since this time last year. We got our new Marsal Ovens MB60 installed today and we cannot wait to try them out tomorrow. Also, my brother in law is actually looking for a POS system now ( i know i made the argument of us liking the old school way but he figures since we doing all these changes and updates minus well do it ) so let’s see how that goes.
