Weighing cheese on pizza??

It’s nearly impossible to find a new makeline manufactured with grates. Randell and delfield manufacture them specifically for Domino’s, not to be sold new to anyone else. I have seen one manufacturer that sells a grate system as an add on. Mostly if you are looking for a new makeline with grates, you will need to have then made aftermarket. As i stated in an earlier post, Northern pizza equipment will sub this out for you. My impression on the difference in a sub table and pizza table is how wide the platform is in front of the toppings. A sub table will usually be 8 inches or so and a pizza table will be 12 inches or larger to be able to hold a 19" cutting board.

you can always get those grate things that elevate the pizza afew inches above the boards. Those will do the trick.
