You have some bad business practices that need to be corrected. What happened with your situation is not unique or unexpected. Salesman always promise the world – yes, yes, yes. We all make mistakes, and don’t always do what is best, but getting mad at your vendor for not backing up your unsound business practice will not help. I’m willing to bet this would have happened with any vendor at some point. I understand your feelings but your vindictive attitude would really just make you look small. Its a learning experience – just move on.
