What do you display for sale on your counter?

I am about two weeks away from a move and I FINALLY have a nice large counter. In the past it has been more of a smaller pass through window. Anyway, on my counter I will have:

-Cash Register
-Two Large jars of homeade pickles
-Slice warmer
-plates/napkins

What is on your counter? Is there anything that you display and sell that does well. Anything that you have there that the customers appreciate?

we actualy downsized the size of our counter and now just have the 2 pos systems, menu stand and specials stand.
