1- BBQ Chicken deluxe - Pulled rotisserie chicken, housemade BBQ sauce base, caramerlized onions and mushrooms with our cheese blend (mozza and Jack)
2- Roasted Veg. (roasted or sauteed veggies) red and green peppers, garlic, spinach, marinated artichoke hearts
3- Eastside Panoli’s Classic (the works)
4- Chicken Hawaiian - Pulled rotisserie chicken, pineapple, diced tomatoes

Our recipe pizzas out sell create your own 8 to 1, I’m shocked by that and happy.

Jerk chicken is an awesome pizza topping, it’s got so much flavor and is surprisingly versatile. If you’re the gourmet type, it’s really easy to make huge batches of jerk paste in your food processor, and either marinate chicken breasts in it or just toss some with already cooked chicken chunks. At Mad Pizza in Seattle we’d get buckets of commercial Jerk paste and mix them in with chicken chunks on a baking sheet, then put it in the oven till we got a nice crust on them, it was super quick and easy, and we’d use the chicken both in salad and as a pizza topping. Jerk chicken Caesar salad was also really good, and a perennial best seller.

BASIL PESTO & CREAM CHEESE FOLDED INTO EACH OTHER AS A BASE, SPRINKLE OF CRUSHED GARLIC, SLICED OF SMOKED SALMON, COVERED IN SMOKED MOZZARELLA, AND A SPRINKLE OF FENNEL, AND A SPRINKLE OF DILL.
