I am having a probally with my crusts on pizzas that I use vegetables on,the come out whiter than normal,even on ones where I have 1/2 meats and then 1/2 veggies the meat side is perfect the other side is to light…any suggestions on what I should do?
Sounds like the meats are “oiling” the crust, and giving it a browner look.
You could lightly brush the veggie pies edges with oil to get the same look…
what kind of oven are you using
