Well after much debate and flip flopping. I bought a set of MM ps360WB built in 2001 for 4200 bucks

I was going to get the edge ovens but the timing was just not right to incure 25k new debt.

So I broke down and went and got the WB ovens today. I’m gonna hook them up and test them in my work shop before I install them in my pizza place next week just to make.sure every thing works properly

I’m happy. Can’t wait to crank out the pizzas and not be backed up waiting to put things in the oven

Joker… how are the mm360’s working out?

They are great. I still can’t get over how much volume the WB series ovens can do. We have not even needed to use both ovens yet even with an 800 dollar hour
