Who makes them and what do they consist of putting them on the menu

what do you serve with them

we added these back when the Adkins diet was so big, never sold well at all

Remember that we do much more than pizza. We sell what I call a “Chicken Quesadilla Wrap”, 4oz sliced grilled chicken, pepperjack, red & green bell peppers, onion, bacon, lettuce, tomato and a chipotle sour cream. We also do a “Club Wrap” which is ham, turkey, bacon, then the lettuce & tomato. Both sell exceptionally well.

We wanted to add a wrap with the stipulation that it was made using only ingredients we already kept on hand, and admit I was shocked at the number we sell each week.

All our sandwiches come with choice of hand-cut fries, sweet potato fries, or a home made potato chip.

We don’t make these at the restaurant but eat them at least 3 nights a week at home.

Take a tortilla and put whipped cream cheese on it cook then add beef, pico, lettuce. YUM

Sometimes I will mix taco seasoning in with the cream cheese.
