I’m in the process of negotiating a prime vendor and they are requesting all of my purchasing volumes for the past year. Is that something I should release to them in order to get their prime vendor quote? Also any other information regarding other key things I should be negotiating would be very helpful. I have never negotiated a prime vendor before thus I feel I’m at a bit of a disadvantage.
