12 volt Pizza hot bags?

So, I tried a search for this topic and I’m terrible at searches. Any feed back on those 12 volt car lighter electric pizza hotbags or the heater disks for pizza bags?
For our Canadian cold winters it sure would be the ticket. Do they sog-out the pizzas or truly force the moisture out?

Any comments would be appreciated b4 I blow a small chunk of cash on these bags. Many thanks.
