Where can I get one from a vendor’s stock, so that I do not have to pay the higher set up charges ?
I think that is around 13% preforated.

My 14" and 20" disk come from Crown in Canada, 14 gauge anodized aluminun, preforatet at about 80 .25" holes on the 14".
